2nd Technical Workshop
On January 29–30, the General Assembly, the Supervisory Board, the 2nd Technical Workshop and the scientific skills training course on Signal Processing & Condition Monitoring of the PATRON MSCA was successfully organized by LVA – Laboratoire Vibrations Acoustique Lyon, France.
The course focused on advanced signal processing tools for the analysis of different types of signals (vibrations, acoustics, encoders, etc.), addressing topics such as cyclostationary analysis for fault detection and diagnosis of rotating machinery, including bearings and gears.
During the event, the MSCA candidates presented the progress of their research and received valuable feedback from experts and professors, fostering constructive discussions and knowledge exchange. Alongside the technical sessions, there were also moments of informal interaction, contributing to a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
We would like to thank LVA and INSA Lyon – Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon for the hospitality and for the training provided.
